The prices are in euro and include :

- breakfast

- water, electric power, gas, heating

- change of linen (weekly)

- initial and final cleaning for apartments

- daily cleaning for rooms

- private parking

- Free WIFI access to the web on demand

Tame animals, are accepted previous agreement, paying a supplementary fee of euro 20,00 for final cleaning and disinfection

We sell our farm products according to the season availability

Contract Terms and Conditions

The arrival time is foreseen between 14,30 and 22,00.
In case of early arrival the customer can deposit his baggage and return later.
Customers which booked half board must arrive within 19.30.
All customers must leave before 11,00 of the departure day.
Usually the farm asks the customer to send earnest money to confirm booking. In case of missing arrival the customer's earnest money will be lost. In case the farm couldn't perform the customer's stay, the farm shall refund the customer with the earnest money plus a further equal amount of money.
In case of departure in advance the customer must however pay the amount of money agreed for the full stay booked.
No smoking allowed in rooms and common areas.
